When will my order ship? 

Our normal order processing time is 5-7 business days. An announcement will be posted if processing time is delayed longer than our normal time. 

My order arrived broken/ damaged. Can you send me a replacement?

We do our best to package our products carefully and with adequate protective packaging, but will replace any damaged ordered items at no cost to you. If your order arrives with any damaged or broken items, please be sure to notify us within 1 week of receiving your order. Send your order number and photos of the damaged items (including packaging)  to orders@propagationdiaries.com.  Orders shipped UPS are insured up to $100, and we will file a claim on your behalf to replace the item. If a claim is filed, please be patient with the claims process and you will receive replacements once the claim is resolved. 

When is the next restock? 

Restocks occur often, if a specific item is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified once they are back in stock. Up to date info will be posted on Instagram. 

Where are the 4 Packs? 

4 packs are now only sold in retail locations. If you purchase 4 individual Arka trellises and will receive 8 free clips for every 4 purchased.
