Refund policy
If there are any issues with the condition of your items on arrival, please reach out to us within 12 hours of receipt of your order if your order includes plants, and 1 week if there are no plants in your order. Include your order number, pictures, unboxing videos and images of how the packaging arrived when filing a claim.
Arkas are nonrefundable after shipment, if they are somehow damaged in transit, please reach out to us immediately and we will work to get you a replacement. Replacements will only be offered if you contact us within 1 week of receiving your order. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Plants are nonrefundable after shipment. Unless otherwise stated, you will receive the plant pictured in the condition described. We ship with care and protective layers to provide as safe of a journey as possible. Some plants may require acclimation after the journey, and if you have any questions about this process, please contact us. By agreeing to purchase a plant, you accept the risk of shipping and unexpected delays once the package is in possession of the carrier, and we are not responsible for any damage or delays after the packages have been handed off.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Pictures are key, so we can evaluate the issue and determine next steps.
Exceptions/ Non-returnable items
No items can be returned, however if you feel that there is a serious issue we will be happy to work with you.
Exchanges
No exchanges can be made once the order has been processed/ shipped.
Refunds
Unfortunately our items are non-refundable after the order has been placed. You will be eligible for a refund if you cancel the order before it has been processed.
