Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, and if the delay is significant we will make an announcement and/ or contact you via email. Orders may be held for shipment on a specific date per buyers request, please add a note to your order if this is the case.

Items and plants are shipped with care to provide for a safe journey in shipment. Please take note of the weather in your area and consider delaying your shipment if temperatures are extreme (below freezing or over 90 degrees) and chose the appropriate shipping option.
